MOSA Collect currently ships within the United States. Orders are prepared carefully and packaged according to the quantity, thickness, and value of the cards.
Shipping options
Available services may depend on the delivery address and order details. Carrier transit times are estimates and begin after processing. Weekends and carrier holidays are not business days.
Insurance and signature confirmation
Orders valued at $100 or more include insurance and signature confirmation. An authorized recipient may need to be available to accept delivery.
How cards are packaged
Protect
Each card is placed in appropriately sized protective materials. Thicker memorabilia cards receive protection suited to their dimensions.
Secure
Cards are stabilized to limit movement and reduce avoidable contact while in transit.
Pack
A protective mailer or box is selected based on the quantity, thickness, and value of the order.
Address and delivery issues
Verify your shipping address before submitting the order. If tracking shows a delivery problem or a package arrives damaged, contact us promptly and retain the shipment, contents, and all packaging materials while the issue is reviewed.
Returns
All sales are final and returns are not accepted, subject to applicable law. If an incorrect item arrives or an order is damaged in transit, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
